It’s a proud day for us Indian’s as one of our very own, i.e. A B Kuruvilla, has been conferred with the ‘Barclays Fan of India‘ piece & thus the unofficial tag of being India’s No. 01 Arsenal Die-Hard. Now I know many would dispute the aforementioned, but let’s face it, it’s him who gets the plaudits this time around. Maybe next year, lesser mortals like you & me, can get lucky! Two weeks ago Arsenal were 11 points behind Chelsea, 6 behind United, and written off by many pundits and fans who had lost patience. In these two weeks the leaders have lost the ‘Moneybags Derby‘ and drawn at home to Everton. Villa have taken three points at Old Trafford. There exists in England a newspaper called the Star. In fact there has been a newspaper in England called the Star for many years – but the current version of this paper is unlike any that has gone before it. The Star is not a newspaper in the true sense of the word. Part is true – it is printed on paper. But as for the other bit: ‘NEWS’ does not really have any part to play in the making of this newspaper at all. They make things up.
